Robin Ahasan

Managing Director

I am Robin Ahasan, Managing Director of Voice Tech Solutions (VTS), with over 15 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management. Since 2011, I have been serving Pureit Bangladesh, starting with just six agents and growing the operation into a team of more than 110 advisors at VTS today. My journey began in North America, where I worked across diverse industries from sales at Culligan and Office Depot to technology support at Best Buy experiences that shaped my persistence, people skills, and passion for service. After earning my degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, Downtown, I returned to Bangladesh to pursue my true calling in customer service. At VTS, I focus on delivering world-class call center solutions driven by client trust, service quality, and sustainable growth. Beyond work, I am a husband and father, striving to build a lasting legacy for my two sons while creating meaningful opportunities in Bangladesh’s challenging business environment.

S. N. Shayokh Ahmed

Head of IT

With over 14 years of expertise, S. N. Shayokh Ahmed is the driving force behind the IT architecture at Voice Tech Solutions. A BRAC University graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, he holds an impressive portfolio of certifications including Microsoft, Mikrotik Certified Security Engineer (MTCSE), Red Hat Certified System Administrator, and Cisco CCNA (R&S). Shayokh is a master in Vicidial, Elastix, FreePBX, Asterisk, SIP trunks, dial plans, call routing, IVRs, and call queues, along with virtualization platforms like Proxmox, KVM, and oVirt. His technical prowess spans IPv6 dual-stack implementation, Linux-based call center systems, global SSID eduroam configuration, advanced networking, and Linux virtualization. At VTS, Shayokh’s strategic planning, system optimization, and deep technical knowledge ensure our infrastructure remains robust, secure, and future-ready.

Moniruzzaman

Legal Adviser

Moniruzzaman is a corporate lawyer with over 13 years of experience across diverse areas of corporate law, including banking regulations, litigation management, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. He began his career as a practicing CA at the renowned CA firm Ahsan Kamal Sadeq & Co. Over the years, he has served in various capacities for both local and international companies, providing strategic legal counsel and managing complex corporate matters. He is also an active member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association and the Dhaka Bar Association.

Abu Bakar

Assistant IT Engineer

Abu Bakar is a skilled IT professional with a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (2023) and certifications in CCNA, MTCNA, RHCSA, and RHCE. At Voice Tech Solutions, he plays a key role in managing networking, system administration, and VoIP infrastructure. His expertise includes LAN/WAN setup, VPN, Wi-Fi, MPLS, and firewall configuration. He has hands-on experience with VoIP platforms like Elastix, FreePBX, Vicidial, and IPPBX, and specializes in full call center deployments. Abu Bakar is also proficient in virtual server management, including oVirt Engine and ViCiDial installations, and has worked extensively with hardware from Dell, HP, Lenovo, and custom systems.

Farhana Lizu Nisha

HR & Payroll Officer

A graduate in Telecommunication Engineering from AUST (2012), Raju discovered his true calling not in engineering, but in the fast-paced world of customer service. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the industry, he has grown into a seasoned professional known for his exceptional people skills, leadership, and operational discipline. As Admin Manager at VTS, Raju plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From managing workforce logistics, facility oversight, and inventory control to implementing internal protocols and maintaining team morale, he brings a calm yet proactive approach to every challenge. His adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a productive work environment make him an indispensable part of the VTS family.

Reza is the creative force behind VTS’s online presence. With 7 years of experience in the call center industry and a graduate from National University. He skillfully blends his operational knowledge with digital expertise. From managing our Facebook page to creating engaging content, moderating posts, fine-tuning our website, and leveraging AI tools for editing, Reza ensures our brand voice stays sharp and consistent.
